The truth is meditation is an activity that is often

a mystery to the Western mind. It is often

associated with yogis laying on a bed of nails

or the Beatles and the Transcendental

meditation of the Maharishi Mahesh Yogi. It

may seem strange or associated with Buddhism

or the wandering Sadus of the Hindi religion.
